We take our work seriously, but we’re just as serious about having a good time along the way. Our office is a fun, creative environment — casual attire, dog-friendly, a well-stocked fridge, special events — all designed to bring folks together. Plus, we believe in kicking off the weekend early by wrapping up every week at 3 PM on Fridays.
Bonuses & Incentives
Our See A Need pool is a profit-sharing initiative that rewards employees with quarterly bonuses when we succeed as a company. We also provide monthly incentives to celebrate smaller wins along the way.
Paid Time Off (PTO) including a whole week between Christmas and New Year's
You'll receive a competitive PTO package, including vacation time and holidays. Plus, our office is closed the week between Christmas and New Year's Day — an additional week of paid time off you can enjoy with family and friends.
Life Happens Flex Hours
Doctor's appointments, childcare, youth sports — the list goes on. We get it, sometimes "life happens." We're flexible enough to accommodate your scheduling needs to maintain a healthy work-life balance. On average, we grant over 850 flex hours every year.
Retirement Contribution
Each year, we contribute an additional 6% of your gross income pre-tax to a Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) plan. Unlike other employers who only match your contribution, the money is yours to invest at your preferred financial institution.
Holistic Wellness
Taking care of your whole self — mental, emotional and physical — is important. That's why we provide a monthly allowance for your gym membership and offer cost-effective counseling sessions with a network of independent therapists.
Insurance Coverage
Our employer-sponsored health, dental and vision plans offer coverage for you and your family. We also make quarterly disbursements to a health savings account (HSA)* to which you can elect additional pre-tax contributions.
*You must be enrolled in an employee health plan to qualify for an HSA.
We Give Back
We encourage employees to volunteer their time and talent supporting meaningful causes. Use up to one hour each week to give back to your community (don't worry, hours can be banked for events, service projects, etc.).
