What You'll Do

Manage Client Relationships

  • Support the account service team with day-to-day client interactions
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients and agency teams
  • Attend internal and client meetings to understand how agencies really work

Develop Strategic Skills

  • Perform market analysis and research on the competition
  • Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns
  • Provide insights that shape client strategies and campaign direction

Coordinate Across Teams

  • Work closely with creative, media, and web teams to deliver client solutions
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (social media, direct mail, web)
  • Help organize marketing events and client presentations

Solve Real Problems

  • Identify challenges and develop actionable solutions to meet client objectives
  • Prepare promotional presentations for client review
  • Support additional marketing functions across various client accounts

Requirements

  • Advertising or marketing major preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • Basic knowledge of social media advertising platforms
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
