What You'll Do

Plan and Execute Media Campaigns

  • Help plan and implement promotional campaigns for agricultural and energy clients
  • Work with our media and creative teams to manage campaign assets—digital ads, native advertising, sponsored social posts, and more
  • Learn how to allocate budgets across platforms for maximum impact

Analyze Performance and Optimize

  • Capture and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success
  • Use analytics tools like Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Twitter Analytics to track audience engagement
  • Learn what metrics actually matter and how to use data to improve performance

Provide Strategic Recommendations

  • Identify opportunities to expand clients' digital presence
  • Collaborate with account service and creative teams to develop effective media strategies
  • Support ongoing optimization based on campaign results

Requirements

  • Marketing or digital communications major
  • Experience with major social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Snapchat
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics software to track audience engagement and campaign performance
  • Understanding of paid social advertising principles
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
